2005 survey 12.31.05 - 8:30 p.m. my 2004 survey taken for 2005. funny to look back and try to remember how things were a year ago. some things are so different but some things never really change1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? Saw a shooting star, graduated, went to prom... lots of stuff 2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? yayuhhh-- I already made 2 for next year and I hope I can keep them. 3. Did anyone close to you give birth? I don't think so 4. Did anyone close to you die? thankfully no 5. What countries did you visit? nonee this year! 6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? more focus & motivation 7. What date(s) from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? prom! bc it's prom. and that time at henry's apartment hahh. :) and the whole week that encompassed my going to college, incl. the last nights in plano and first days in austin 8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? getting over things 9. What was your biggest failure? not concentrating enough on my academics 10. Did you suffer illness or injury? surprisingly I stayed relatively healthy for most of the year! except for from jan-march I got sick at 4 different times. what are the chances... 11. What was the best thing you bought? jeans... sadly, this was the best thing I bought the year before as well. 12. Whose behavior merited celebration? my dad. he is one of the most patient guys and such a good husband/father 13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? pass. I don't think I can pass judgement 14. Where did most of your money go? clothes... 15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? visits home, meeting john edwards, trips to the mall (they are RARE in austin, ok!! :[) 16. What song will always remind you of 2005? banana pancakes, better together - jack johnson 17. Compared to this time last year, are you happier or sadder? happier:) 18. What do you wish you'd done more of? studying! 19. What do you wish you'd done less of? staying up too late 20. How will you be spending Christmas? I spent it with my family:) 20. How will you be spending New Years? I am going to that hotel party in downtown dallas. in like 2 hours. 22. Did you fall in love in 2005? yeah. not with a boy though [okay not with a GIRL either!!] 23. How many one-night stands? too many to count. hahahh jk, zero. 24. What was your favorite TV program? family guy and sex & the city 25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? nooope 26. What was the best book you read? I didn't read books. the Bible is always probably teh best book i ever read. 27. What was your greatest musical discovery? jay chou! hahaaha, no but seriously. jay chou. 28. What did you want and get? lots:) im lucky 30. What was your favorite film of this year? Mean Girls and Anchorman- both released in 2004 but I watched them so so much in 2005 31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? turned 18 and had a triple bday party with ruby and michelle. ate at japon, went karaoke, had a sleepover at my parents' empty house. hooray! 32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? I don't know, it ended up being pretty satisfying overall. 33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005? college tshirts, jeans, and rainbows. hooray! 34. What kept you sane? knowing that everything was always in control, no matter how crazy it seemed 35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? OPRAH. adam brody, rachel mcadams, eva longoria. 36. What political issue stirred you the most? durno this year 37. Who did you miss? different ppl at different times. my parents mostly, when I'm at college 38. Who was the best new person you met? oh I met too many new ppl this year. too hard! 39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005. Always try to find the lessons/good in every situation; and take a minute to cool off before reacting to something 40.
