this weekend was lots of fun. I guess when you have low expectations, things really do surprise you sometimes. bahaha:)

last night I watched an opera (actually it was 2 operas being performed together). it was a spanish opera with korean actors/singers. weird. but surprisingly it was okay, and I didn't fall asleep. the main theme of the 2 operas was basically the infidelity of a man, and that's kind of scary. scary to see how if I were the girl, I'd probably fall for that no-good punk's actions/words (er, songs?) too. the obvious solution is to not trust someone until you think he's proven trustworthy, but how can you really ever tell? I think I always trust people a lot in general, which can be good, but often times bad. I think I'm getting more cynical. someone be the exception.
oh, and in case you were wondering, amy aka sister-who-calls-at-the-worst-possible-times (like group prayer or church), called right smack in the middle of the opera. nicely done, amy, nicely done.

family guy is so freaking hilarious. I am listening to it through my headphones so that I don't wake up tiff, but I think maybe my outbursts of laughter could quite possibly be a little disturbing too.

"But Lois, Meg sucks! Everything she does is so freaking terrible and depressing."

hahaha oh peter.
